We do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances. However, you have the option to reschedule your appointment if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice for rescheduling will result in a $50.00 reschedule fee. In case of a no-show, you'll be required to pay for another test.

Cancellation of an appointment does not qualify for a refund. If you wish to schedule a different appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. A no-call, no-show for a scheduled appointment will result in a full payment requirement for a different appointment.
